Free, almost worldwide shipping

We offer free, almost world-wide shipping for all watches purchased through our website. 

 

Please note that due to the current war in Ukraine, we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Chechnya or any other countries participating in the invasion of Ukraine. We reserve the right to fully reject any purchases based on those circumstances alone.

Returns and repairs

In the event that your watch needs to be returned or repaired, we will offer a convenient solution for shipping for free.

Payment

We offer fuss-free and safe credit card payment using Stripe.

Deposit Payments

All orders that are not available for immediate delivery such as pre-orders or custom-made orders are subject to non-refundable deposit payments made by the customer when the order is placed. 

 

  • Pre-orders require a 50% deposit payment with the remaining 50% being paid prior to shipping the watch.

  • Custom orders and pièces uniques require a 100% payment up front, prior to manufacturing the watch.
