Each Arctic Blue dial is meticulously handcrafted using the intricate grand feu enameling technique, a process that involves applying layers of powdered glass onto a sterling silver surface. Through multiple high-temperature firings, reaching around 800 to 900 degrees Celsius, the enamel fuses with the metal substrate, resulting in a smooth and resilient surface that is both durable and lustrous.
